Here’s how to cancel & reschedule a lesson inside your studio member portal…
Canceling & Rescheduling Inside Your Portal
1) Login to your studio member portal. Your login & password is provided to you upon registration.
2) Your home page will display the studio calendar and all of your scheduled lessons. The calendar will also display any open makeup slots.
3) Select the specific lesson you’d like to cancel and click “cancel attendance”.
4) If you cancelled with at least 48 hrs advance, the system will auto generate a makeup credit for your account with which you can use to reschedule to any open slots. If your cancellation is made with less than 48 hrs notice, you will be notified when you cancel your event and no make-up credit will be issued.
5) Register for any open slots by clicking on the specific event and clicking “register”. Your make up credit will be auto applied & your lesson will have been successfully rescheduled!
Just a Reminder: 48 hr notice is required to receive a makeup credit for rescheduling; and rescheduling is always dependent upon studio availability. Please note that make up credits will expire after 30 days.
How Many Make-up Credits Do I Have?
You can check to see how many make up credits you have by going to your “studio info” tab inside your portal.
