Canceling & Rescheduling Inside Your Portal
Step 1: Log in to your studio member portal using the login credentials provided at registration.
Step 2: Your home page will display the studio calendar along with all of your scheduled lessons. Available makeup slots will also appear on the calendar.
Step 3: Select the lesson you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Attendance.”
Step 4: If your cancellation is submitted at least 48 hours in advance, the system will automatically generate a makeup credit on your account.
Step 5: To reschedule, click on any available makeup slot and select “Register.” Your makeup credit will be automatically applied, and your lesson will be successfully rescheduled.
How Many Make-up Credits Do I Have?
You can view your available makeup credits by navigating to the “Studio Info” tab inside your portal.
